PointSide Media is me, Dominic Tocco. I fly the drone, take the photos, cut the video, and send the files. There is no team to hand your property off to and no subcontractor whose work I have to hope is good, which is the whole reason the results stay consistent from one job to the next.
Most places look better in person than they do online, and that gap costs whoever is trying to market them. A room that feels open reads as cramped when it is shot from the corner with a wide lens. A house on two acres looks like a house on any lot until you see it from above. Closing that gap is the entire job.
So every shoot starts with the same question: what makes this place worth someone's attention, and what is the shortest way to show it? Aerial establishes the property and what surrounds it. Photography carries the detail. FPV connects the rooms into one continuous move, so a viewer follows the layout instead of assembling it from twenty separate frames in their head.

Tell me about the place
Send the address, the square footage, and roughly when you need it live. A few sentences is enough to start.

We agree on the plan
I come back with what I would shoot, what it costs, and a date. You know the deliverables and the price before I ever leave the house.

I shoot it
One visit covers photography, aerial, and FPV. If the weather will not give us the exterior, I say so and we move the day rather than hand you a grey sky.

Edited, correctly sized, and ready to publish, in your inbox within two days of the shoot.
Standards
The boring parts, handled.
Certification, insurance, airspace, and weather are the things that turn a shoot into a problem for you. They are checked before the day rather than on it. If conditions will not give us the shot, I tell you early and we move, because a grey exterior is worse than a rescheduled one.
FAA Part 107 Certified
Every commercial flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified Remote Pilot. That is me, on your job, not a certificate hanging on someone else's wall.
Fully Insured
Business and drone liability coverage is carried on every project. Proof of insurance goes to your brokerage or property manager on request.

Weather Calls Made Early
