Shot in 9:16 on the day rather than salvaged from horizontal footage afterwards, which is why the subject is still in frame and the text has somewhere to sit. Delivered as individual clips you can post over several weeks instead of one video you use once.

What a quote depends on.

Every property is a different amount of work, so quotes are given per job rather than off a menu. These are the four things that move the number, and you will have it in writing before anything is booked.

Size of the property

A two-bedroom condo and a house on five acres are not the same day of work, indoors or in the air.

What you need shot

Photography alone is the smallest package. Adding aerial, FPV, or a cut video adds time on site and time editing.

How it gets delivered

Stills for the MLS are straightforward. A ninety-second film, a social cutdown, and a site header are three edits, not one.

Where it is

Anywhere in Macomb County and Metro Detroit is standard. Further out is still possible, with travel worked into the quote up front.

Send an address and a rough deadline and you will get a number back within 24 hours. No deposit is taken and nothing is booked until you say yes to it.
