It depends on the size of the property, what you need shot, how many edits come out of it, and how far out it is, so quotes are given per job rather than off a menu. Send an address and a rough deadline and you get a number back within 24 hours. There is no deposit and nothing is booked until you say yes to the price.

No. The form starts a conversation and nothing more. A date is only held once we have agreed in writing on the scope, the schedule, the deliverables, and the price. You are not committing to anything by asking.

Airspace and conditions are checked before the day rather than in your driveway. If the light will not give us the exterior, I tell you the night before and we move it. A rescheduled shoot is a smaller problem than a listing that goes live under a grey sky.

Macomb County and Metro Detroit are the standard service area and carry no travel charge. Further out is still possible for scheduled projects, with the travel worked into the quote up front so it is never a surprise on the invoice.

Yes. Every commercial flight is flown under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate, and business and drone liability coverage is carried on every project. If your brokerage or a property manager needs proof of insurance before the shoot, ask and it goes over the same day.
